this picture was taken yesterday. we were doing the administrative for our canvas and boards. writing our subject code/paper number, centre name, centre number/index number, candidate name and question number for 8 times was totally a chore. especially wonchwinlinleileiwin. she actually wrote wonchwinleileiwin. she left out one 'lin'. and before that, she asked me how to spell her name.


one uncle living on the 11th or the 12th floor talked to me in the lift earlier on (translated to english).
uncle: i have never seen you before. just moved in?
me: oh. yes.
uncle: you lived on the right hand side?
me: no. left hand side.
uncle: which level?
me: 10th.

i am proudly taking 7 subjects, which smartly adds up to 700% in my coming O levels.

out of this 700%, 185% is already decided:
70% was decided on 28/05/07.
20% was decided on 29/06/07.
10% was decided on 16/07/07.
25% was decided on 14/08/07.
60% was decided on 25/09/07.

the next will be 15%, which is on 18/10/07!

i was so stupid and RETARDED during geography lesson today. mr teo asked who do not understand the tourism diagram, i said i do not. he further explained it a little then asked me to describe what is the trend for mexico. i was stuck, VERY VERY stuck. i know nuts! i said 1995 twice and it is not really the comparison factor. OMG. ALMOST the whole class laughed. in the end, i do not think he understood what i do not understand. LOL.

powernap was EATEN UP again! wah. i was wondering if it was paid back, we can sleep for two whole school days? like 8-10 then 11-1 then 2-5. it is highly, highly possible!

ART! tomorrow is the last day! let us do it for the last time.
goals for tomorrow:
- ensure my shadings, colourings and paintings are of good quality.
- paste everything on the boards.
- finish painting the eye, shadow on nose, dark lips, hair for the doll. (cikgu's: mannequin and spectacles)

let me talk about the past night study sessions.

every night chem-ed with mummy. we also had a mini gossip session about one person. it is always so fun and of course, benefiting.

special mention to thursday's night study session.
i had dinner in the classroom we always have our humanities lesson. after everything, ms soh was hurrying us to leave. i quickly packed everything and i threw my rubbish in the rubbish bin outside the classrooms.
i left school and found out my handphone was not with me. i thought i had kept it in my shoebag which i left in the classroom. the next morning, i found out it was not. BAD NEWS: i reckoned it was in the plastic bag which contains my litter. OMG.
i was like, i cannot dig a rubbish bin in front of sec1s right. especially i shouted at a few the previous times. so i decided to go after flag-raising and pledge-taking. during the silent reading, i went up and realised, it is really inside. i took it out (it was not so deep), removed the casing and washed it.
omg. so exciting can.

yesterday's night study session was spent in the art room. i was doing my canvas and i almost went crazy. thanks to huimeng, i did not really. haha.

today i had art from 0906 to 1445. my achievements today are 3 more developments and pasted my first board. ((= all these are happening so fast! which also means O's will come soon!

night study: FUN and BENEFICIAL. fun because of my friends. beneficial because of the sessions everyday except friday with ms soh. CHEMISTRY. we have made our first step. hahahaha. 010 should know what. but the thing is, the sessions are too short and i cannot learn much. how to say. cannot cover much ba. haha.

today i got back chemistry and english. omg. i was so happy for my paper 3 part 2! haha. 16/20. well, it is not every test or exam i get 16/20 for chemistry. BUT the whole chemistry section is pulled down by my paper paper 3 part 1. 20/45. i was dumb. haha. i could have got b4, if i had not...

forgot to study for AIR (1 chapter alright!), missed out 1 point on the graph (p3p1), changed my answer for QA (p1), not monkey-see-and-monkey-do about the green luminous flame produced (practical) and mistook oxygen for carbon dioxide and vice versa. it is like 9 marks.

not that i want to brag. when ms goh read out the marks for 4e4 band 3 first, there were many passes. like around 6-7 out of 11. she was 5o+, 50+, 5o+, 50+, 40+, 5o+, 50+,40+, 40+, 57, 58. i remembered the 57 as i was so scared i might suddenly be the f9 case. after 010's 57, came my 58.

i was really really shocked. never in my life i have got so high for english (sec 1 highest was only 56 i think). my oral did not save me either. it was 4 marks & 1 grade if i had not calculated wrongly.
compo- 13/30, letter- 16/30 (and i did not compare properly), compre- 11/25, summary-18/25, oral- 26/40.




i am getting my physics tomorrow. i think i am taking back my art too. haha. sure fail.
i am getting my humanities on thursday.

tomorrow is the start of the night revision. WOO~! let us all bathe in school and might as well camp overnight. haha. 010 almost went crazy. 14 hours in school and her house is at UPPER THOMSON. the other end of america. hahaha.

let us persevere on. (by sequence of dates, pray hard to be) next year before CNY. RELEASE OF O's RESULTS. this year's 12 november. she is almost the reason why we persevere on.

i went to eat at long john silver with geena and zahi. he happily break/broke(?) fast there. haha. seriously, the fries and chicken are not of the usual standard. the fries are not as crispy, not as fragrant. it is like, you bite then have the very depressing feeling. haha. the chicken is also not as good as before. yesterday, everything blame on "new management" and today, "fasting then not as good".

so in the art mood. i think i am staying up the whole night or at least half.

this is a post recapping on my super short september break.

01/09: study
02/09: slack? cannot remember.
03/09: amaths lesson with mrs yap then hairspray-ed with geena.

04/09: art with ms kwa. i screwed up my source and, yes. i was informed that my great-grandmother passed away. sad.

05/09: i have no lesson so i went to my grandparents' house on 171 and a cup of peach milk tea. i burned the incense papers for her, as i was told the burning cannot stop as it provides light and money for her on the way. i watched people play mahjong, did some homework and ate dinner. little servings but many times. i do not dare to weigh myself. LOL. the chanting of scriptures is not easy. we are not used to it.

06/09: almost everything is the same. except i went with a cup of honeydew milk tea. the speed of the chanting of scriptures is getting faster.

07/09: i stayed up the whole night to finish my geography assignment. i have geography lesson but i went later with my sister. jiajun, yiling, roumiao, mas, humaira and i lunched at kfc together. we then went to walk around sun plaza, like children section of popular and the shop opposite comics connection. i went to peixin's house to pass her her geography textbook and file. i then bought lunch for my sister and went to my grandparents' house. this time round, i went with honey milk tea. LOL. my sister was complaining of her peppermint milkshake being too sweet. the chanting of scriptures was done by monks, who read EVEN faster and without any rhythm.

08/09: me and my sister woke up at 10. we rushed everything, had brunch (i suppose) at the coffeeshop near out house then went to grandparents' house for the last day of the funeral. when we have reached, the funeral band has already started to play. hmm. there were drums, cornets, cymbals and i think i cannot remember. on several times, i almost cried. "it is not everyday a person's great-grandmother passes away." that was what i repeated to my cousin. after the prayings, we proceeded to walk to the main road. after that, to the temple's cremation. the moment the coffin was pushed in and started to burn, many people cried. i almost cried out.

i cannot say life is short. 95 years. i was the green generation, not, recount. so i am the dark blue generation. (considering the deceased is first generation, second is black, third dark blue, fourth green, fifth pink). we had 5 generations at one time for 17 years. woah. i was an aunt before i was born.
